Nestled among majestic oaks and pastoral fields on 69 acres, Country Oaks Bed & Breakfast consists of an oak, timber-framed Carriage House. Guests enjoy a delicious home-made breakfast each day in our dining room which has three separate dining tables, providing adequate distancing. Our rooms and guest pantry are sanitized and guest rooms will not be serviced while occupied, unless requested.  During these trying times, we are cognizant of our guests safety. Only a few hundred yards away, a 7 acre private lake was constructed on the property to enhance the beautiful setting and offer guests the unique opportunity to fish right on the property.

“Looking for a great place to get away, but not too far from things to do?  This is it.  Country Oaks has great accommodations, wonderful breakfasts, in a tranquil setting.  You can sit on the porch and just relax, hike several miles of trails on their property if you like, catch fish in their pond, or within just a few minutes, listen to Ozark music in the town square of Mountain View.  They are only 15 minutes from the Ozark Folk Center.  This was our second stay at Country Oaks, but won’t be our last.  Jerry and Carole are gracious hosts, and their justifiable pride in their facilities shows.”

“A very peaceful beautiful location.  The garden room was very nice and comfortable.  The host Jerry and Carole were wonderful and helpful.  The breakfast they prepared each day were amazing.  We just needed a small snack for lunch each day thus saving some money.  The location is close to several touristy type activities, restaurants, and of course music.  A bonus was that Carole told us where to buy fresh blue berries to take home.  We bought enough to enjoy for quite awhile.”
